Kinesiology has a wonderful language that can help us with this: muscle testing. This method detects imbalances in the body that stand in the way of self-healing. The information it provides is therefore extremely valuable and detailed for TCM practitioners. The patient's body perfectly tells which meridians and organs are involved in the complaint, whether it is excess or deficiency, heat or cold and how complex the complaint is. In consultation with the body, it can then also be discovered which acupuncture points are most effective.
Finally, thanks to the book “Acupuncture Atlas of Emotions” by Huub Verlinden, insight can be gained into the emotional meaning of these points. The information can then provide the patient with insight into the origin of his complaints.

Teacher Jan Willem Ilbrink was so fascinated by all this that he started to further develop the emotional side and inner strength of the human being of Huub's method. The beauty of 5-element facial acupuncture
A second course that we are happy to finally take place is "The beauty of 5-element facial acupuncture", taught by Nicholas Van Bergen Garner and Lisa Garner Wright.

During this course you will also get aquainted with a special diagnostic skill: facial diagnosis. About the teachers
Nicholas Van Bergen Garner recently obtained a Master's Degree for his research on facial expressions and emotional disorders, especially anxiety. His wife Lisa Garner Wright is trained as a facial reader and specializes in facial acupuncture.
