Charles Wauters is a pharmacist who since 1982 in his regular pharmacy has started providing condiments. In 2002 this led to an independent establishment in Pijnacker. There he works, assisted by his wife (also a pharmacist) and a team of staff and pharmacy assistants.
The team of the NatuurApotheek has chosen as its mission: to deliver a maximum contribution to the quality of the complementary naturopathy so that ancient and contemporary pharmaceutical knowledge meet.
Charles also performs many functions in national and international organizations, that critically stimulate fytotherapy or naturopathy. He is a board member of the NVF (Dutch Association of Phytotherapy).
